Hey so im quite new to Fallout 4, i played Fallout 3 and thats it.
Im looking to do a Scientist build with only Energy Pistols,Chems and Grenades.
I thinking about using Power Armor but it seems a bit to easy mode, i can literally stroll through a Raider Base without any problems but i get lit up without it.
And if i decide to use Power Armor do i have to get Armorer for the Upgrades or is Science enough?

As for energy weapons builds to get inspired by - Check the Build Archives - it looks like we have 7 in the Energy Weapons Tag with my personal favorite of the bunch being Liss's take on Roy Batty from Blade Runner.
Let us know if you need more help!

Do you really need Rifleman or Gunslinger to play on higher levels?
Im planing on a Institute Agent type Character useing the Syringer to stir up some confusion and then picking people off with an Institute Rifle and Institute Pistol. Do i have to put 5 points in to the perks? or are 2 to 3 points enough?
