When building a character how do people get these cool fonts i see?

Like in titles? Cooltext.com is pretty popular for headers and stuff.

I cannot for the life of me get images to appear to the left of a text block.  I tried using tables, and everything works fine in the editor and looks perfect on the preview.  As soon as I submit the build, all the < table > code just gets eaten.  Is there a special trick to get it working on this site?

I just select the image and click the align left button, the text auto wraps and viola, image on the left text on the right, it's always worked for me.

    Awwwooo one and all

I'm very limited in my build experiance so forgive me for asking mundain questions.

Quick question regarding play through testing.

It's highly recommended that builds, especially for new/less experienced builders play test their builds to iron out faults, work on dynamics, check perk points/choices are viable and the build is viable on a whole.

What is the usual difficulty for play testing builds or is this factor irrelevant?

I'm currently play testing a build atm on expert but I have to be honest, expert isn't a level I usually play on.

    EDIT:-      Perk choices question

The Build I am working on is my  Aela the Huntress build in the workshop.

At the moment I'm looking at a level 50 build but I am considering lowering the final level to 40. To do so, I  will have to cut out some perks.

    Perks List

Perks (currently play testing)  Level 50

    Heavy Armor (5)

    Juggernaut 5/5

    Sneak (11)

    Stealth 4/5

    Back Stab 1/1

    Deadly Aim 1/1

    Assassin's Blade 1/1

    Muffled Movement 1/1

    Light foot 1/1

    Silent roll 1/1

    Silence 1/1

    One Handed (8)

    Armsman 5/5

    Fighting Stance 1/1

    Crit chance 1/1

    Savage Strike 1/1

    Block (10)

    Shield Wall 5/5

    Deflect Arrows 1/1

    Elemental Protection 1/1

    Quick Reflexes 1/1

    Power Bash 1/1

    Deadly Bash 1/1

    Marksman (15)

    Overdraw 5/5

    Crit Shot 3/3

    Hunter's disiplin 1/1

    Ranger 1/1

    Eagle eye 1/1

    Steady Hand 1/1

    Power Shot 1/1

    Quick Shot 1/1

    Bullseye 1/1

If I lowered the build to Level 40 then I would drop:-

    Juggernaut from  5/5 to 3/5     -2

    Stealth               4/5 to 3/5     -2

    Armsman            5/5 to 4/5     -1

    Shield Wall          5/5 to 2/5     -3

    Pwer Bash           1/1 to 0/1     -1

    Deadly Bash        1/1 to 0/1     -1

Which way would be better? Going the whole 50 point Perks or leveling to 40? Feel free to suggest alternative Perks to drop if you see something amiss.

Aela will have the Ring of Hircine for later stages so close combat won't be fully dependent on One Handed and Block. (More likely, Fang and Claw)

    Thanks in advance

It just depends Sotek, honestly it's up to the individual but I've always been a fan of using Adept as my minimum and going from there. Adept is just a good bar to set because it allows people who usually play on higher or lower difficulties to play the build and doesn't make the game 'easier' technically speaking. I'm an Expert myself, unless I've modded the game which is where I usually play on Novice (because most of my mods tend to equalize player and enemy damage so I'm stronger on lower difficulties.) but it really does depend in each build.

I'd just stick with what your comfortable with, maybe you could test a few fights on higher difficulties to see if it's plausible to beat enemies there but yeah it isn't much of a worry IMO.

Ah bugger missed the edit :)

I'll jump over and comment on the WiP again too Sotek but personally I'd aim for the 40 for now. After that you can adjust the build to level 50 if you'd like (without much real effort) and make a decision based more on how it's going at that point. Maybe you'll find out that a few more Block or Sneak points will be useful. I don't know, I'm usually pretty fluid with my perks because I chance things up constantly though so my approach probably doesn't work for everyone.

Sound advice. I'll go for the 40 and if I feel the need to then I'll adapt it. Thanks for the advice DB. You wouldn't believe howl much that helps.

Not that it's needed but I will second Deeb's remarks.  All my builds were playtested on Adept but it's really up to whatever your most comfortable with.  I would also recommend aiming for level 40 first and then go from there.  Really anything higher than 40 seems like a big undertaking for me to play.

Hey guys, so I've been working on a build, mostly it is a Dragonborn Tank/Paladin build, where I use Alchemy to achieve 80% Shout Cooldown, Heavy Armour, 2H (Volundrung, I have a mod that makes Arcane smithing double smithing effectiveness on artifacts that didn't get double smithing).

    Core Skills are:

    2H
Heavy Armour (Is it better to max Juggernaut and go up to conditioning? Or just 1 in Juggernaut and go up both sides of the tree?)
    Block
    Alchemy
    Smithing
    Destruction (Fire and Ice)
Restoration (Sun Magic, Guardian Circle if it's possible to achieve the Mana Absorbtion glitch with my current set up).

My primary question is I'm trying to find a Heavy Armour set/Combination that matches well with Volundrung that doesn't look "Evil" and fits the build. Daedric is out of the question. I'd rather not Orcish (I specced up the left side to Advanced Armours for Nordic Carved, which doesn't fit the look IMO). Hunting Dragon Priests is also a big part of this build so he'll be wearing a Dragon Priest Mask as well. Overall I wouldn't say this character is a pure goodie good, but it may be a chaotic good of sorts at least. Really he does what he wants but will happen to help people out as a byproduct of what he does.

So yeah, really looking for some armour suggestions, and really any other suggestions for the build as I know it's a bit bland currently and could use something to spice it up!

Well aesthetically speaking Volendrung best matches the Daedric set they both have that twisted ebony/red glow look.  However i don't think weapons needt to match armor.  It sounds like your character is a "use the enemies weapons against them" kind of paladin instead of destroying evil artifacts he uses them to smite said evil (that's just my feeling).  I think the best Heavy armor set for your RP is the Dawnguard heavy set, which I personally think looks awesome.  Alternatively you could use the Ancient Nord set which i think matches up pretty well with the look of the hammer.  Oh and the Dawnguard armor benefits from the Advanced smithing perk so it fits in with your proposed Smithing path.

Perking Heavy Armor skill is really dependant on what you want to do if you want Conditioning for the movement then I would just take 1 Jug and go straight to Conditioning (assuming the Steed Stone is out of the question) since you'd use your mobility and block to mitigate damage instead of just absobing it.  If you are going to stand there and take it on the chin then maxing Jug and maybe taking Well-Fitted makes sense.  It all depends on the characters playstyle.
