Em 1/1/1. Equal health, magician, and stamina. If I was playing a Seus build, I wouldn't use weapons and would make him a pure Mage.

Maybe 3/2/1? If he's primarily a Mage he needs loads of Magicka, but being able to do power attacks with Wuuthrad needs a decent amount of stamina. It's sounding pretty similar to TZ's Executioner, so I'll give you the link to look at (on mobile so I have to post the whole link, sorry) https://www.tamrielvault.com/groups/topic/view/group_id/3/topic_id/1553 I'll be back to comment on the rest later, in lesson right now.

Which concept interests you guys most?

The Sinweaver: An Illusionist. uses Illusion, Alteration, Sneak, Speech (for RP) and Alchemy. Sent by Mehrunes Dagon to seek revenge on the Blades. Really cool armor combo.

The Hunter of Kyne: An Arcane-Archer; Uses Archery, Conjuration, Destruction, Restoration, and Light-Armor. Is one with nature and can command the elements to destroy her foes. Cool armor combo.

The Dwemer: A battlemage; Uses Destruction, Alteration, Heavy-Armor, Enchanting, and Restoration. Focuses on the Aetherial Staff. Was frozen in time during an experiment; awoke in modern-day Skyrim. Cool armor combo.

The Executioner: A Nord Enchantter/Warrior. Uses Two-Handed, Enchanting, Restoration, Smithing, and Block. Has about about a dozen enchanted Battleaxes that are equipped for every situation. Cool armor combo, sent my Talos to punish sinners.

I have so many ideas for builds and I was wondering which concept would interest you guys the most ;)

Hi. I would like to recreate in Skyrim Cole from DA inqusition. Two daggers and stealth are obvious, but what else? Illusion I think? And what about roleplay quest, any ideas?

Ah I haven't played Inquisiton in awhile and was never a big Cole fan but I'll drop a few ideas from memory. For Gameplay I was thinking that working in a combination of Invisibility and Ethereal form could be really effective and rather interesting as a combat style. You use Invisibility as your 'stealth mode' as it is in DA: I and then Become Ethereal is kind of like dodging I suppose or his connection to the fade. That's a pretty effective character already but Alchemy would be another decent skill that should fit rather well, especially the poisons, health potions and Fortify Alteration ones (which, might not be that great if you don't take Alteration but it would boost the duration of Become Ethereal).

Can't really think of anything for RP at the moment but I hope I gave you a few gameplay ideas there.

I really like nature magic and druidy stuff so the Hunter of Kyne sounds awesome, but the concept behind the Executioner is really interesting, like Paul England's Swordthane but with a nice twist.

He was the really nippy bloke wasn't he? Slow Time + Elemental Fury would fit, also Shadow Warrior in combat to do the move where you jump over someone and shank 'em.

How useful is Voice of the Emperor as a power? I've never really used calm when I can just kill my enemies so I wouldn't know but on the UESP wiki it says it affects all vanilla enemies up to level 81+.

It is pretty useful, but not as useful as, say, Dragonskin. The best use is when your being attacked and your nearly dead and need to heal up a bit.

Don't be fooled by your ability to kill things without it. Voice of the Emperor is incredibly potent. It's a giant area calm effect that works on all human enemies in the game (except maybe like the Ebony Warrior) and it commands a massive 60 second duration.

That doesn't sound like all that much, but if your character is in trouble as Blacklight mentioned, it's an instant get-out-of-jail-free card. Unlike Dragonskin, it works on all humans and not just spellcasters (but also unlike Dragonskin, you don't autowin the encounter). After firing off Voice of the Emperor, you can heal up, let your shouts recharge, then challenge and bring down the mobs one by one which is almost an autowin. Backstab triggers on Voice-calmed foes, too, so if you have that perk it's very handy and synergises well with the character; even if you don't have it the extra damage is useful. You can get sneak attacks with warhammers when you command Voice of the Emperor.

Don't neglect the fact that Voice works on some of the most dangerous enemies in the game - Master Vampires. If you're set upon by a Master Vampire and three of his minions at higher difficulties, you better be really good at Skyrim - and Voice of the Emperor just stops them in their tracks.

Just because you can kill enemies without it, doesn't mean it's not powerful. It just means your character is pretty strong, too.

Like Sol said, Voice of the Emperor can br crazy powerful. It basically saves your life once a day, and that can mean everything on Master or Legendary.
