I'm not entirely sure. What does this character want to accomplish? That will help you establish their alignment. Chaotic alignments are largely focused on personal freedoms, so that might be a good look to start. I also found this on Stendarr:
Nordic precursor to Stendarr, brother of Tsun. Shield-thane of Shor, Stuhn was a warrior god that fought against the Aldmeri pantheon. He showed Men how to take, and the benefits of taking, prisoners of war.
So maybe you could play it as worshiper of Boethiah and Stuhn?

I like that concept. Another option might be to consider the character a former follower of Stendar who, through some life experience/trauma, fell away from the disciplined code of Stendar to the chaotic outlook of Boethiah.

In one of Librari's streams a few of us bounced around the idea of Dunmeri Knights, had a giggle at the thought of Teldryn being considered a good example of a Dark Elven ideal of a knight. It was a pisstake to be sure but it got me thinking.
If I were to create a Dunmer knight, how different from the paradigm of the Knight in Shining Armour can he or she still be while still being recognizably knightly?
How would I go about interpreting the sullen and ill- favoured demeanour dark elves are noted for and using it in game? What quests are there that embrace both the knightly theme and provide opportunities for exploring the Dunmer character?
What would he or she wear? What weapons? Dunmer are known for integrating archery, magic and swordsmanship into their fighting style. If we run with that, is it still recognizably knightly?
I'd appreciate any thoughts on this.
