I don't really have a whole lot of content for this year. I've been stuck with a continuing spree of WiP's that haven't gone anywhere and I've been busy getting myself back into Hosting the Workshop (add on the Modder's Conclave) and I just haven't had much content to post. Oh and I mean this compared to my usual content generation rate, it still is a fair amount of content.
Let's see, I've run two Events this year, the Workshop Commenting one and the Reviews Event in the Modder's Conclave (which ends today), and both of them have been relative succeses in my books (though I wouldn't complain if a few more people dropped in and left Reviews for the MC Event).

I think I've posted a few little forum discussions here and there but I think this is the brunt of what content I posted. Man, I suppose there's a bit more than I thought there was, but definitely not as many Character Builds as I'm used to posting per year. There;s also a fair amount of stuff from Ning so I suppose it evens out a bit.

Cool idea - I've already seen stuff I missed from jus the first few posts!
Most notably, I strayed from the wasteland and contributed a Skrim CB for the Agianst Type event called The Storm Samurai. It had been ages, but Skyrim remastered got me all excited and this was a lot of fun.
Back on more familiar turf, I finished my FO4 DLC-style builds with a raider, wielding a huge hammer in power armor called The Boss, which was a perfect fit for Nuka World and its option to raid the Commonwealth.
Most recently, Noodles and I assembled the Fallout Character Build Archives. This required tagging and restoring all builds that ported without pics from Ning. Please take a minute to peruse the 65 Fallout builds all searchable in the Archives :)
Currently I have another Fallout 4 Build in play-testing that I'm super excited about....and might have a Skyrim build incoming after much, much, much more work :)
Lastly, I've been re-posting the journal style short story based on the adventures of my most played Fallout build called the Gearhead. The story is entitled Grease and Guile and had 8 short chapters on ning before the switch. The story didn't port, but it is going back up currently and follows the intelligent inventor and skilled rifleman across the wasteland.
Love to see everyone's work - keep it coming!!!

This year, I ended up not as active as I supposed to be. Let's recap shall we?
Early in 2016, I've been rather active. On January, I posted three short stories known as Templar Tales - A Templar's Past , Hunting the Hunter , and Reasons Before Killing. They served as my introduction to the Story Corner (formerly known as Tamriel Tales back then. A few weeks later, I posted the prologue to my first long story series called Chronicles of the Dovahkendaar. It went along okay and I managed to finish Arc 1. Then I decided to scrap it up and use some bits of it for concept.
After that I spent the remainder of the years lurking in Apocrypha, reading through rich amounts of TES lore and stories. I wrote a few during then, but posted them at fanfiction.net just to get some reception from the readers. During then I also went through a whole lot of concept thinking and what not.
Finally, I decided to start a new story and on September 16, I posted the first chapter of The Silver Fox which is personally, an improvement to my first story. While I intend on finishing at least the first Arc of this story, I'm currently suffering from a mix of procrastinating and information block, more on the former.

Since the site move, my path as been pretty intense on Tamriel Vault. Not going to lie, my 2016 was productive at TV after the move, but in a different way. A lot of what I did was behind the scenes stuff, working with my fellow hosts and the admin team to make SE more functional. Lots of experiments with formatting, lots of headaches, lots of frustrations. But we got through it and the site is looking great.
When we first moved I was cohost of TSC with Sotek, but upon the move, I volunteered to take on hosting CB in addition to TSC. Rocky in the beginning with only two builds under my belt, but Vargr soon joined me and SE saw the emergence of a new entity, Varg'Ette, the new sload overloads of CB.
One of the first things we did was oversee the archiving of CB build tags. Then, inspired by a discussion in CB about the state of builds after the site move, we spear-headed the movement Project Retoration, which has overseen the image and formatting restoration of many of the builds. Incredible work by an incredible team of dedicated Vault dwellers. We are currently in phase three of the project and the end result will be the restoration of all the builds. Very proud.
When functionality was largerly restored with regard to posting topics, Varg'Ette desided the time came to kick off the new direction of the CB group by hosting our first event in the SE, the Character Build Event: Against Type, which challenged Skyrim builders to think outside the box and use a race in an atypical way. That event spawned 11 wonderful builds by some of the vault's top builders, was the first event to feature badges of achievement, and spawned further builds inpsired by the event down the road.
As a result of all the work on CB, Straag Rod, my ongoing series for Tamriel Vault was put on hold. That doesn't mean, however, that Aelberon of Dusk was forgotten. To clarify his place in Tamriel history to my readers, I created a timeline of Tamriel events, from the Dawn Era to Events concurrent with Part of of Book 1 of Straag Rod. Timeline and Recap of Straag Rod. I plan on continuing with Part 2 tomorrow. In addition, I participated and won my second NaNoWriMo, with my fellow writers on the vault, writing more than 50k words for November.
Vargr and I continued working to expand the content of CB. We began in December a ongoing discussion series designed to help beginner and veteran builders alike. Modeled after TSC's Writers Discuss, Builders Discuss will endeavor to create an open discussion of many aspects of Character building that are important to builders. The topics will range from Inspiration, to gameplay, to style, to mods, and everything in between.
Later November and early December was a time of change for me. I retired from TSC to devote my full attention to hosting CB with Vargr. Also, fueled by the site's December event Creativity Month, and the prospect of earning badges of awesome, Karver and I finally finished our not-so-short Story Chasing Aetherius, a story that merges characters from his Cursed Tribe my Straag Rod, part of the Expanded Straag Rod universe. A mammoth tale with over 215k words.
So, yeah, at first, I thought I wasn't all that productive since the site move, but looking at all these links says otherwise, I guess. LOL 2017 will continue to be productive as well, with me both returning to editing Straag Rod and continuing to build. Check out the workshop if you want to see some of my WiP. Hopefully when this recap happens next year, I'll have a lot more links. :D

Man, I am so impressed by what everyone has accomplished in the second half of this year. It really is remarkable with all the adjustments we all had to make. You folks rule! Even I missed some of this stuff. Looks like I have some reading to do!
And...

I don't want to speak toooo soon, but we should be seeing a return to this function shortly. :)

Well, I certainly haven't done as much as some, but I got a few things out in 2016. Not to mention some behind the scenes action creating spreads for at least 2 builds that I can remember.
Finsished works:
First was my, admittedly rushed and in need of some retouching, Build: The Master of Blades
My Event Build: The Blood Stag, which I claim as my best build yet, and the subsequent character profile The Wildman
I won the contest for making the banners for the Fallout Lore Archives
And, as an aside, I set up a little showcase of my future Build Ideas
WIPs:
I've got a few different things in the works, because I get bored being tied down.
I started my character profile Hromar Shattered-Sword, which will have a build to accompany it in the future.
I started on the first build in an upcoming series The Soldier of the Sun
Last but not least, I started on what, without a doubt, I believe will be my best build once completed, my modded build The Mad Hatter

I think I’ll take this opportunity to point out a few members from TSC who have braved the critic’s storm and have posted Blogs and Poems. Now this isn’t a comprehensive list and there are many more writers who have contributed towards both Tamriel Vault and The Story Corner so to all of you who I haven’t mentioned, know that we, the Hosts, Admins and members of TV all not only appreciate your works and efforts, but we thank you all as well for making the second half of 2016 such a wondrous and interesting time for Tamriel Vault.
First off, I’ll mention Molicha. A not so new, new member who, in her short time here has not only added Poems in TSC as well as a great start to her story, but she has also put together a rather atmospheric video. (Anything with moons in and you are on a winner IMO).
Here’s a small selection of Molicha’s work
Next I want to highlight one of our older members. He’s worked his way through the ranks and now sits well within the Elder council. Legion…
He entered a poem in the TSC Bard for an Evening Event which we ran a month or so ago and he has his own story ‘Signal Fire’ which I for one hope to see more of in the near future.
Another member I’ll mention is one who came with us from that place which can’t be mentioned. Ning!!!
Dean Morrison isn’t one of the high profile writers of our corner but this hasn’t stopped him from continuing his work from Ning to the Social Engine and since August he has posted eight chapters to his story.
The Tale of Lutherus Sotasius ToC
These are only three members from TSC who has made the pack a pleasure and an honor to be a member of. I only wish I could mention everyone else who are just as worthy of bringingto everyone’s attention as these three are.
Once again to every member of TSC who either writes or reads; (Seriously, I cannot highlight this enough), thank you all for making The Story Corner and Tamriel Vault such a wonderful place.

I've done a fair amount year in The Story Corner, I started writing Crossover on May 14 and finished it on December 28. In total, it was thirty chapters long plus a prolouge and an epilouge and somewhere around 35,000 words.
Besides that, I also posted a short story on April 7 - Taken. Also, I posted a Fallout Lore Guide to the Quincy Massacre, but that seems to have been lost in the transition from Ning to the Social Engine - I might see about reposting it if I can find the word file on my computer.
I also spent a ridiculous amount of time planning my next series in the Story Corner which I aim to be a little longer and more thought out - The Order of the Black Mane. Depending on how things go I might start work on it sometime in Febuary.
