Mmm, I'm gonna have to disagree but this neither the time nor place.

ok, well everyone that is encouraging not play testing after m previous comment that's your problem. But on this site we have high expectations for builds and plopping a bunch of crap builds out just to see people respond is stupid. In this community we are almost always very tight. We are all friends and only give constructive criticism. People like Henson and Tz that I've met here are extremely fun and really nice and helpful. That is why I would never post a bunch of lousy unfinished builds and clutter up our search box, because people are going to start to get tired of searching for a type of build and having five irrelevant ones by the same artist. And when you do post an actual meaningful build you can't just say. I don't want to playtest it for 2-3 weeks. I only playtest until it et's boring. Because nobody is going to like it and either your builds will get purged, rolled into the deathmatch, or hopefully you will realize that you don't want 3 trillion pieces of crap all over this site for everybody to look at and judge you by. And even if none of those happens you should edit your builds so that they are easy to read and flow well. Look at a couple of builds by the masters. Check out the obsidian sentinel by mason, the aether engineer by Tz, Henson's the necromancer, the wendigo by narm, and ponty's paladin of molag bal what not to do in a build. Because if your going to post crappy builds like this at least take 10-20 minutes to format them correctly and nicely. I would also take a look at adrik's stuff by the way, because he is everything your not except new. you are both new but the differences adrik knows our expectations, his first build got to category 80 and into the hall of fame. Your first build got followed by a bunco of builds equally bad or worse. He choose someone from this sight(zack) and used his style as a base for his own style. By the way I haven't seen you hardly change anything in your build. You should mention what armor you wore because I notice n the pictures that they are all different armors. In the last picture he is using bloodskal blade but he specializes in axes. Also everything just looks trapped in a paragraph. seriously I see know effort. I've been working on my current build for a week now and I'm not posting it anytime soon so. I'm willing to bet you will probably post at least five more builds by the time I post mine. I also don't think you look at other people's builds before posting because you posted the nightmer but we already have a build called the aldmeri assassin. So I would suggest looking at those builds I mentioned and looking at other builds because this format is just awful. Also does anyone know if ponty has seen these because I think he would be very disappointed. I'm shocked he hasn't deleted some of these on the spot. I think ponty went on a trip or something but when he get's back your gonna be in trouble because he is the last person that will let this slide. Ben gives people chances. Mason doesn't like deleting builds. Ponty wears the pants in the family. He will delete a bad build seconds after it is posted. So if I were you I ould be spending sometime doing some serious editing before ponty get's back instead of running around riverwood for ten levels and then posting a build. So it is up to you to read this information and use it to improve your builds and post a better one next time or just ignore it. Just so you know it is okay to ask for your builds to be deleted I've done it before because when I first came here I was eager to post builds and posted like once a week with out fully play testing but all your builds just look like ideas that you posted not builds so. Just remember that this may slide with people like Ulysses and Alastor but not with me or ben or any of the other good builders on this sight like henson or tz or narm or jo or anybody so just think on that...

I'm not sure I understand what you ment by my "Take on Boobies," but thanks for the compliment.

It's probably a better idea to list what your long term standing stone will be or at the very least list what stone to use after you get your skills to higher levels (I'd suggest doing this one).

PS: I don't think many cultures revere the constellations; for the Khajiit, it's the moon(s); for the Redguards, it's the sword; for the Snow Elves, it was the sun (Auriel and Magnus), etc.). I could be wrong, but I haven't seen any huge mention of the constellations playing an important part in any cultures (stars do as they're supposed to be some of the original spirits of creation, perhaps constellations are a gathering of these spirits).

You do have to give him some credit. This build is a lot better than some of the other ones he posted. His style has improved quite a bit, it's not perfect, but it is better.

Okay, that's a lot to respond to.  First of all, I go back, and forth between characters, because I get bored with Sneaking, so I play with magic for a while, then come back to my assassin later.  I don't just build for a few levels, consider it done, and then post it here thinking it's a masterwork.  This one in particular I have done several times over to try different combinations, and fought literally everything I could find to test the strengths, and weaknesses.

I never said I don't want to play for 2-3 weeks, I said it doesn't take me weeks to write a one page article.  Just going on your lack of grammar, and spelling errors, I would understand why it takes you that long, but I'm not you.

I've read most of the builds you mentioned, but I can't seem to find the Aldmeri Assassin.  Could you possibly link it for me?

In this build, he wore the starting leather until he got to Solestheim, then he switched to Chiton.  I even said as much except for explicitly mentioning Chiton, because if you look at the picture, you'll see I'm wearing it.  Having the Hack&Slash Perks doesn't mean I can't use a Greatsword if it's better.  Not all enemies Bleed anyway, so even specializing in Battleaxes, I do occasionally use something else.

I don't know where Ponty is, but when he gets back, I'll let him judge them himself.  I wasn't aware he was the Webmaster, but that's good to know.  Hopefully, he'll have criticism I can read, and use to improve my builds.

Again, I don't understand why my builds are being judged on how many there are rather than whether they're fun to play, interesting, or creative.  I get that my formatting isn't up to snuff, and I'm working on it, but so far all I've gotten as advice is "Look at all these builds, and make them more like that."  I have, and corrected what I saw, but the result is still unacceptable for some reason I can't yet see.  That advice still isn't working.

I don't want all my threads deleted, but if that happens, then I can accept that.  I'd much rather bring them up to your stringent standards, and I plan to as soon as I have a full understanding of what those are.  I've been looking at the other builds here for months, and as yet have been unable to emulate them without being accused of "Cookie Cutter."  It's a fine line, and when I find it, I can only hope you'll see it, instead of judging me because of my volume of content.

    Thank you for your feedback.

I understand that, but I have yet to find any other builds here that use Battleaxes, Light Armor, Destruction, and other Duration spells the way Axion does.  I can see some superficial resemblance to the Mabrigash build, except that's a maxed DPS style, instead of a Stat Efficiency strategy.

I stand by the Content of Elbereth, if not the presentation.  I have yet to see anything that remotely resembles her anywhere on the internet, that I haven't written myself.

Likewise, my Stunmer only really even looks like one other build I've seen here (The Salamander) except for fewer, and slightly different tactics.

For another example, Nightmer is all about not needing any equipment at all (With some that can further enhance his spells, and skills) which I haven't seen anywhere.  To look at, he may resemble a Nightblade in all other respects, but I'd really like to see all the other builds that are almost full capability in a Loincloth.

Maybe I'm not explaining these subtle differences well enough to stand out from the other builds that are otherwise superficially similar?

@Ben There needs to be a CB Group notice to newbies to the group to look at Mason's Henson's, Ponty's, TZ's and Adrik's builds before they even think about hitting the new discussion button....

I think he has been saying he is taking the feedback on board but not learning from it.

He has had half the total of my builds since he joined and I've been here about 3 months now.

@PA I'm starting no wars but please try and buckle under, take time, and create an exceptional build.

I know how you feel about when you first get on here you just want to post all your ideas at once, but it doesn't work like that. Builds come and go and there are main things that make them differentiate between two builds.

I think it's fair to say no two builds are ever the same, and once you see Mason, Henson or Ponty's best works of art you'll know what I mean. They all have Cat 80 Builds but they are very different from each other, in both presentation, ideas, formatting, layout, and many other things.

Don't be put off, nor should you post builds in a matter of seconds. Even though I have double the amount of your builds I have been here over five times as long as you have yet even I post builds relatively quickly. I've kind of gone on a hiatus on building at the moment, as I need something exceptional and inspiring to work from as I need room to think at the moment and my other builds are from that.

Maybe you should think about everything everyone has told you so far and reflect on it. It is all good feedback and needs to be heeded, very much so in your case I'm afraid.

I hope to see more builds from you but only if they are something truly brilliant, not like.....(for want of a better phrase) five turds in one go :P

I don't want to seem harsh, but please listen to other people's advice. They have been here much longer and knows what is expected.

The four I listed above are the ones I consider Original and useful enough to be acceptable by those standards.  As I just posted elsewhere on this same page, I'm taking a break to try and bring the polish up ttheir Presentations, then I'll come back with further builds (I don't have many left that aren't duplicates) when I know how to make them look good enough.

If any of those four aren't Unique, or playable enough for one reason, or another, they're not set in stone.  I have several different variations of all of them, but as posted, they are the way that work best in the game mechanics of Skyrim for success, and playability.

And again, please link to any builds I've duplicated, because it's honestly impossible to search through nearly 500 builds.  I may have missed some, but I feel fairly secure that Nightmer, Elbereth, Axeon, and Stunmer are in fact new, and original (Barring the ones just like them I haven't seen yet.)
