Count the perks, this one's pushing 50 (The enchantment really helped opening up points for the last few.)  I'm still seeing a lot of "This build isn't playtested enough, you posted it too quick since the last one" and no actual critique on the content of the build itself.

The reason for my question is that you mentioned changing characters often to continue having fun. If you can't play your build without changing character once in a while, it'll mean that playing that build for a long time is boring and people will not play it. I also asked not only about this one but the others as well. You mentioned that you didn't play Woadir much but you still posted it. If the people look for your builds and see 1-2 builds that're not "playtested enough" they'll have the impression that you don't play your builds extensively and your future builds (even fully playtested ones) will face the same prejudice.

Here's how you can improve it... Take your time... Play through it at least a week and a half... Then post... Give others a chance, you keep posting builds and people will assume you don't play test them... If you did or didn't isn't my concern, I just want to help you. Another thing to do is: 1. Come up with a backstory for the character, so people can understand who the character is and see that it is more than just gameplay. 2. Make RP for the character, it doesn't have to be overtly complex or over 3 pages long, but just some things that make this character unique. 3. List low tier and high tier gear, things that a low level character can wear and use while they wait to get the higher tier armor and equipment.

And don't take a person's criticism for granted. He wouldn't have posted so much on your build if he didn't want to help. Listen (or read in this case) to his advice, we want to help you, we aren't just trying to be negative to you without reason.

Good advice, I'll get started transcribing the background, and RP aspect concisely enough to not bore anyone.  Suggestion 3) doesn't really apply to Axeon in particular, because he still wears the Leather from Riverwood, and with weapons, he went Skyforge Steel Greatsword>Drainblood Axe (His endgame weapon.)  Later, he upgraded to the Bloodskal, but it's hardly a requirement for the build.

People assume, let them.  I'm perfectly capable of explaining, and Proving these are months old playtested builds, again.  I'm not going to stop my volume of content just because people assume you have to study for weeks to write a single page article.

I'm gonna have to agree with my peers, this was a step backwards compared to the Bound Targe build. I wanna know some backstory. How did you come up with this build? Why does this Archmage explore/adventure? Why does he use the Drainblood Battleaxe? Every build is a story and the good ones really draw you in with good writing. Your builds lack finesse, they jump straight into training skills and do this in battle. Tell a full and complete story and draw your readers into a unique play through.

Masterpieces take time. You may have rough drafts from before but touching up a rough draft isn't gonna cut it.

I have extensive Commentary (Written in the form of expanded Quest Journals) on all the characters that I've played extensively.  IC, Axeon's is also tens of pages long, so I have to cut it down to even fit in this thread.  I am a Science Fiction, Fantasy, and some time Horror author, though, which might help explain why I can write so fast.  Where I really suck, TBPH, is the graphical stuff, because I think in words, not pictures.  Any help you(all) can give me with that would be greatly appreciated.

Just use pictures from Deviantart if you want more artistic photos in your builds..idk if you do, but that's where I get a majority of mine. I do have to say though that first picture is absolutely badass

I like the Synergy section but the storyline feels tacked on to fit the bill. I know I sound picky but when I think up builds the story comes naturally. I'd scrap that section although I appreciate your attempt to meet our expectations.
