The way to do it is simply copy the HTML code over. Go into the HTML editor ad copy it over to the Character Building Group just as if you were starting a discussion. Before pasting it go into the HTML editor there and paste it. That would make moving any pictures or formatting much easier. And just a reminder that you change the name of the build to delete, not tag it. We changed that awhile ago.

Not really, we haven't really gotten many stories in the Workshop, let alone Fallout ones. As long as it's at least 500 words it's fair game
