  You can get a staff of paralysis in Snapleg cave, but you should not that it is guarded by some skeevers and 2 hagravens I think.

  It is guarded by a hag, a witch, 3 skeevers, and 2 frostbite spiders.

  I wouldn't call that better. The armor rating is 1 point better, but it weighs a lot more (7 more).

  All of you people who complain about two draugr deathlords being non-low-level, listen up!

  ANY enemy can be defeated at any level. You simply have to learn one thing: How to kite.

  In most draugr dungeons, there is usually a pillar or 10, and these are the perfect tool to help with defeating strong enemies. Run around the pillar and hit them a few times in the back as they chase you (for best results, stagger them first). When they turn around to attack, run back around the pillar a few times and repeat. You have to be fast, though, because if they hit you once (depending on the enemy), you're dead.
