    On novice, the Archer one hits a level 10 Belrand. Who has Full Steel Plate, an Iron Shield, and a Ring of Minor Wielding....

    Huh... I guess we didn't count his Archery skill...

    Lower difficulty= Weaker enemies and weaker followers

    Belrand isn't skilled in heavy armor =/

    If he one shots him on Novice won't be the same on higher difficulties? The both scale equally I think

    Even without the perks, a full set of Steel Plate gives 87 armor rating, plus his Stoneflesh gives him 60 extra. It's hitting right through all of that.

    He's holding his own on Legendary right now, while I watch from a distance. He's disarmed, and only has his bow now.

    Yeah, the damage received increases only on the player, and the damage done by the players reduced. But followers, summons and enemies hold more damage as well. Example: Save before entering Jorvaskr. Once inside you will notice a fist fight. On novice the fight ends in like 10 secs., but on master it can take like 5 mins.(not sure how much exactly but true) and that goes to any NPC.

    I was able to beat the archer single-handed. He accidentally killed Belrand by hitting him when he was intending on hitting his familiar. I looted the armor off of him, and used my best tactics to fight him to death. I got in close and forced him to use his weaker axe, then through repeated blocking and dodging I killed him. Next step, the two-hander without Belrand...
