The Potent Equilibrium Glitch

  • January 24, 2015

Hey Noodles I forgot to mention but I tested this and it works on Xbox just fine, not that I had any doubt.

I'll test this for different difficulty scales. Thanks!

It's nice to see the numbers on this little trick. I had no idea Regeneration affected Equilibrium but most people that have used the spell have used it with Close Wounds and Regeneration, myself included. The best use I've gotten out of Equilibrium was with my Oracle. With a huge Health pool you don't have to worry about balancing Health and Magicka while fighting. To add to that, most of the restored Magicka went towards Illusion spells for crowd control. Basically I was sacrificing a small amount of Health to take an enemy out of battle. If you're sacrificing Health for Magicka, the follow-up spell has to be worthwhile or you'll die in vain. I'm pretty excited to see how you've used it with your Crossworlds Event build :)

All I can say for now is that the Blood Nymph will always use Equilibrium in battle to cast all kinds of spells. By always I mean constantly, not one use per fight. Without it, she can't cast spells too often. No, she's not suicidal. She's darn efficient and deadly. I made a gameplay video to show everyone just how much!

She can't cast spells too often with 500 Magicka?! Sheesh, haven't you taken any spell cost perks or something? :P

How come you think you know so much about my upcoming build? Have you read it?  Maybe it's a paths build? Maybe they're two separate builds? Maybe it's something else? For your info, the Blood Nymph has around 200 Magicka.

Your Blizzard vid shows 500 Magicka. That's my source. And I was wondering how blood magic fit into a Frozen build.

Looks can be deceiving. You'll see. Blood magic sticks with the Avatar part of the build.

+1 from me, this will be extremely helpful for the build I am assembling. I'll be sure to link this and credit you for it!

I just need to know, does 100% Spell Absorb affect Equilibrium? I've seen multiple reports of the fact that it does, and other reports saying it doesn't. I need this confusion settled ASAP because Wabbajacking Heimskr is getting old and I'm getting tempted to dismantle him and turn him into a pile of ash AFTER making him my undead slave...
