The Potent Equilibrium Glitch

    I'm trying to get this to workshop on Xbox but regeneration doesnt change the spell. Is there anyone who can help me figure out whats wrong? First Equilibrium, then the perk?

    Dragonborn1721 tested the glitch on Xbox and it worked. Maybe he can help you out.

    Does taking equilibrium prior to the perk affect anything?

    No, you can see in the video that it doesn't. :)
