If you have complete spell absorption then you should be absorbing the poison as well (for whatever reason, poison and diseases qualify as magic), but getting your attack and armor rating up higher always helps, obviously. Honestly, I find that groups of Falmer are too much to handle in the earlygame (barring OP builds), and a group of 10-11 falmer would be definitely be too much for level 25. In other words, your best bet may be to simply come back later. Or turn the difficulty down, I suppose.

Warrior eh? My advice: Learn how to use the "Ranger's Roll" from the "Advanced Archery Corner." (Take note I am on PS3 so I don't know if this works on other platforms.)

If you are a Sword-Shield type Warrior, drop into Sneak, hold your sprint button as you move and tap your Block button. This one does tend to work.

Another way to do it is to drop into Sneak, Jump and hold Sprint as you move in mid air and keep holding both your movement key and your sprint button as you land. That should get you to roll as well.

Time your blocks, rolls, jumps and bashes. Both of these can also be done with One-Handed and Two-handed weapons as well. Dual Wielders can only use the Jump Roll and Archers can both use the Jump Roll and can also draw and arrow, then sheathe the arrow as the run around while holding sprint during sneak to roll.

I was probably no help at allĀ

I almost turned it down, but I felt icky. Didn't realize that about poison, that's good to know. My block is close to the cap, but AR right now is around 280. So when 3 falmer hit with power attacks one staggers and breaks the block, the other 2 go right through. I'll try getting the AR higher with potions or something then. If not, as much as I hate to admit defeat, I'll have to come back later. Thanks

Thank you, I'll definitely give it a try. Worse that happens is I die again. I worry I make too much noise and they'll hear me, but you miss 100% of the shots you don't take or whatever. Thanks At worst maybe I'll see some more cool death scenes. My favorite so far was while trying to get away from the group beating I jumped over a table, and got sniped with an arrow in mid-air. Love the rag doll thrown out of a car close up

You can still Sneak in mid-combat while detected and use the rolls. Also, the rolls can allow you to make use of the Critical Charge/Great Critical Charge/Shield Charge perks as well.

Simple => Quick Reflexes. 2 perk points for one of the best effects in the game. Multiple powerattacks (+ powerattacks against your follower) stack additively which will make it very, very easy for you to kill all of them without getting hit once, unless they run out of stamina too quickly.

Forget AR, take the perk and play with your favorit armor/clothes, regardless of how crappy they are.

Oh and the perk also triggers for most animal attacks, making bullshit like sabre cats or giants no problem - even at lvl one.

There really is no reason for any build, that is using block, not to have that perk.

No shit? Didn't know it was that powerful. So time slow time effect kicks in and you can lower your shield and attack? I thought it only lasted while the shield was up so I never took it

So if you can pull it off you get sneak attack damage bonus at will? I wonder if I can combine this with the quick reflexes perk, slow time and then hit someone with the roll attack? Hmmm

No it's just the normal powerattack dmg + crit dmg. There is a tips & tricks discussion covering this move but with the backstab multiplier: http://tamrielvault.com/group/glitches/forum/topics/better-combat-backstabs

No it lasts for some seconds without having you holding the shield. Just raise the shield once or even better wait for 2 powerattacks in a row and then start to attack.

When the effect triggers and you're fast enough with lowering the shield and shouting (spaming) Slow Time, the effect will last 50-80 seconds with a magnitude of the first word of slow time. You can deactivate it by triggering Quick Reflexes again.
