Could even just provide the files as a free resource, does anyone know if PS files are compatible with GIMP? GIMP is free is it not?

In F:NV, is it possible to pickpocket the Blade of the East from Legate Lanius? Or any other way to get that weapon without finishing the main quest and ending the game?

Not on console, only on PC with console commands

But is he unable to be pickpocketed or does it just not show up in his inventory? Is he unkillable before the final quest?

Dang, well thanks anyway. Sucks that the only unique bumper sword had to be basically unusable. I don't want to use Blade of the West as an alternative, it looks... puny. Guess I'll just stick to using the regular ones.

So if I wanted to play some kind of Doctor/Medic character...what would you guys recommend to me in terms of perks and equipment?

I think it might depend on your moral alignment a bit. Like doctor gone bad? or Good doctor. 

For evil, I'd go sneak, syringer rifle and good intentions to mimc that Hallucigen frenzy type of experimental madness. 

For "good", well...medic and inspirational. Be a bit of a support character. Maybe lob in explosives while Curie absorbs the heat.

Maybe he's a surgeon...so Pickman's blade/melee kind of sneak assassin? 

Let´s say some morally grey character. I was thinking about chems, some close-range weapons like knives maybe, with pistols for support. No explosives or very tech oriented. That´s the problem I have with Fallout 4, Intelligence is very tech oriented. 

I have this idea for a MGS' The Fury/TF2's Pyro build. I was thinking Molotov Cocktails, Grenades, Flamers. Flare Gun, any ideas for armor?
