Yeah, I'm thinking about. Like you said, it'd be kinda hard, but I wanna give it a go because I think it could be pretty interesting RP wise.

Karver's Hermit is pretty great for a nice Skyrim roleplay. It's a really great way to rediscover Skyrim as well, after a long time of playing it by roads and quest markers and fast-travel points.

One that's RP heavy, and fairly non-combat is Lissette's Freelancer.
There's also this RP challenge I recalled...surrounding the idea of being a miner. I'm sure there are others...I'll keep poking around.

What are some good mage style builds that are a more purist of the spellcaster with no use of armor or weapons? I would like something survivable where I am not having to run behind my follower whenever a large fight breaks out or I'm jumped by like 3 draugr and im instantly taken down. I am right now tempted to have him go into a vampire and join volkihar but again I would prefer to use no armor or any types of weapons. I am not sure exactly what magic type to focus on as my main. Every attempt at spellcasters in the past I've either ended up wearing light armor cause I kept dting constantly or I tried taking magic from every tree and spread my perks out too thin to where I didn't have any strong points by the time I was nearing the 20's level range. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Al's Transient Sorcerer is one of my favorite pure mage style builds (he carries Mehrunes Dagger as a plan B, but I went weaponless and was just fine)... a fantastically fun build. It actually focuses on lower-level spells (except Alteration), but I played it well beyond level 50 and found it to be the perfect mixture between challenging and viable.
