I'll probably pre-order it and I'll probably download all the mods I have on PC and a few more that were on Nexus and I never bothered trying to download

This gives console players a reason to be psyched
I'm not.
since they'll finally be getting access to mods that PC gamers have had for years.
Then do it so I don't have to buy a whole new f*cking copy.
So, console players, are you purchasing Remastered??
No.
This is dumb. This should not be supported from the fan base. We want TES:VI, not Skyrim repainted and resold to us. If they insist on making old games look nicer, they should do freaking Morrowind or Oblivion.

Well, it's official...
I just lost the only remaining reason why I haven't played Skyrim in months (because someone has been a Destiny addict for the last little while -- three guesses who, and the first two you can forget about).
Joking aside, this is great news. I've been hoping for a Remastered edition, and we're getting it in spades -- the fact that we can run mods on console is icing on the cake for me. Hopefully this means come October 28, I can fire up the XBox One and make a mod game where I'm playing a Snow Elf (and toss in that white snowy-fur werewolf skin on top of that as well).
Dammit, I'm smelling a Skyrim build in the making with that one (as if I don't already have a Snow Elf build that I've been tinkering with and sketching out for over a year now).

However, if you've already done the "legwork" - installed all the mods, made all the tweaks etc., then this "remastered" probably won't give you anything new. In fact it might even be worse than your personally modded old Skyrim.
