So, I stimpaked Dogmeat after fighting a Deathclaw near this Raider controlled motel. Yet I have no idea where he is. or for that matter, where Mama Murphy is. Her chair didn't appear on screen when I placed it, so she's either far off, but still in the boundries, or stuck on a roof

Anyone know where Dogmeat might be? I stimpaked him after fighting a Deathclaw near a motel, but I can't find him. Or Mama Murphy. Her chair didn't show up in front of me when I built it. Help?

I lost Dogmeat for a while there as well - told him to wait in Boston somewhere and forgot about him! If you need to find him again, try travelling in a level transition elevator (like the Vault 81 one). If that doesn't work, he'll have returned to the last settlement you recruited him from.

I've lost him 3 times. What did that worked was had preston follow me. It prompts you to send dog somewhere. Then he'll be there.

One thing i have noticed recently, is that idiot savant procs even if your intelligence dips down in to the negatives... Have a 1 int character that is mildly dehydrated which lowers int by 4 and can still get IS to proc...where as before it didn't (or atleast that's what i read and understood)... allowing 1 int characters to utilize idiot savant without constantly making sure we are hydrated or don't consume alcohol when needing a little more carry weight (anything that lowers intelligence)

thinking of making a survival build. is melee a viable option? i wanted to do melee, heavy weapons, and power armor. would i be good or get recked?

Heavy weapons are honestly just too heavy to bother with, mini nukes alone weigh 12lbs, missiles weigh 7. And that's without the weight of the weapon itself, it just eats up too much inventory space.

Yeah, not really a good idea unfortunately. Melee is extremely risky as well, keeping in mind that if you die you have to go back to your last rest. Fusion Cores weight 4lbs each, so having to carry them around in addition to your already heavy weapons and ammunition will seriously weigh you down!

Oh sweet Jesus, I have died SO many times. Managed to get out of this one chapel, surrounded by Ghouls. I'm currently trying to head to, ah, freaking Bunker Hill.
