  Are you using a mod to make vault suits accept ballistic weave? Haha I'm stuck with the vanilla outfits that accept it.

  I was already low INT high Charisma so I built a clinic to heal. Pretty handy either way.

  Oh they don't? Well forget the railroad then 

  I've been upgrading my Vault Suit to keep my energy resist about the same as my ballistic (the rad resistance is nice too) since I'm wearing 3 pieces of metal and 2 pieces of leather armor.

  Curious to hear how you guys are handling illnesses. I very rarely actually find antibiotics and unless you're building clinics everywhere, doctors are few are far between (and often won't stock them anyway). I ended up throwing a few levels at Intelligence and grabbing a point in Chemist so I could make my own.

  Yeah as far as I remember the only underclothes that support ballistic weave are the baseball uniform, both dirty and clean army fatigues, military fatigues, and the minutemen outfit. I generally like rocking the military or clean army fatigues for a railroad run, heh.

  I got lucky and found around 3 antibiotics early, saved them for emergencies. Ended up walking to diamond city while sick with insomnia and weakness because I suffer badly from "hoard all the healing items" syndrome haha.

  I find a surprisingly large amount (found 2 in one first aid kit earlier) and even when I don't have any if the illness is Insomnia or fatigue I just leave it since I don't think you can get two Illnesses at once and all those two mean is I have to sleep a little more. I'm even thinking the next time I get fatique of keeping it and using it to help roleplay

  I have no Charisma and only 3 INT, luckily the Arch doesn't need any points and you can leave it on so all I have to do is walk through the door in the outerwall I built and no more radiation.

  Speaking of that door I built an electronic door so that if the Red Rocket gets attacked while I'm there I can just turn it off and lock the attackers out. I've had to do this a couple of times since super mutants keep attacking.

  I can confirm you can have 2 illnesses at once, I've had parasites and insomnia once, and then weakness and insomnia a separate occasion.That was not a fun trip to the doctor, ended up getting one shotted by some random gutsy near the polymer labs.

  Huh, I must just be lucky then since I've never had more then one even though I went for quite a while with lethargy. Although I rarely drink unclean water and I've never eaten uncooked food and most of the time I sleep in my own bed or a rented one.
