    As much as I'd really like it to be based in Morrowind (Primarily the Mainland), it wouldn't surprise me if it ends up being in one of the southern Provinces, seeing as though they're the only ones that haven't gotten a game yet.

    It could very well be in Hammerfell, but I find it more likely that it'll be based in a place that hasn't been visited yet, namely the south and Mainland Morrowind.

    also that has ruins maybe. Oblivion had the Ayleid Ruins

    We haven't been to Hammerfell yet. We have been to Morrowind. Not al of Morrowind, but let's go somewhere new before we get all of Morroowind.

    Daggerfall did involve parts of Hammerfell. Not that much, and it was still in ye olde DosBox days, but it was still something.
