[/blockquote] All right! :D I saw Watchmen once so I know a bit about the guy. My starting tips are go kill the raiders in Concord and you'll most likely find a mask baring some resemblance to Rorschach's mask. Then you can buy a trench coat from Anne Hagravens or obtain one as reward from following the main quest. Basically follow the main quest until you save and return home a guy called Nick Valentine. You should have the aesthetic you need.

Ok guys, my character is F.A.L.C.O.N. Female Active Lone Covert Operative Neutralizer, So obviously a female character, great shot with her own set of rules and weapons, am surmising Mods are permitted?

Hmm, I probably won't get around to playing both of them, but I have an idea for Lex Luthor and Blade, they're two really different builds and I have no idea which one I'm going to go with, but I'll put my name down for them now.
