My current (albeit 'retired') Fallout 4 character is a luck-based Irish jerk who bumbles his way through the Commonwealth without quite knowing how, due largely to his propensity for being exceedingly lucky. It wouldn't take a lot of work to parlay that into a build. Does that sound like the sort of thing?

Or, as a 'why not start a new character' option, how about a character based around Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons (or even Stu from Big Bang Theory perhaps). A nerdy guy who sets out to collect every single comic in the Commonwealth and then display them in a prototype comic book store lol. 

Hmmm... the second option does sound quite intruiging. Don't anyone copy it - this one is mine!

A great idea for an event and goddamn Noodles; those rewards! I'm very much tempted to join in on this. Sadly my knowledge of comics is nonexistant, to the point that I google the names of all the characters that appear in superhero series just to have some kind of clue as to who the fuck they are (yes I'm that guy). As a result a comic book character isn't going to work for me. However, I think I should be able to come up with something else, so count me in.
