  I already have a sort of "knight'' build in the works (for Oblivion) that I had started, so I could maybe use it for this instead.

  But does it have to be from a specific order or could it be a class of knight? I mean like, a prestige or advanced class that someone of the 'regular' knight class could aspire to become? I don't know why I'm speaking like this is a tabletop game or something, but I think I'm describing it correctly.

  That would be acceptable, as long as it is true to your definition of a knight. Even if not, you could always include a start-up path type thing that is knightly.

  I wanna do a Daedric Knight for Oblivion. I was gonna do a Knight of the Nine build but i am to much a fan of the Daedra to do a Knight of the nine.
