Question - would taking vampirism but not perking it in any way effect the 2 rule? (for example, using it to boost necromage powers)

You know I never addressed Lycanthropy and Vampirism. Duh, can you tell how much I run with those? Should have thought about that, but... seeing as neither Vargr or I were clear on the matter and they do not effect player leveling, I say you are fine to use the skills and perk them if you wish. I myself am doing a build that uses Lycanthropy, so there you are. 

You have given me a thought for later skill limitation in build events though. Will have to eventually address perked Lycanthropy and Vampirism, but not with this building event. We are already throwing a lot at you all by limiting to two standard skills. Baby steps, baby steps.

ha - well for what it's worth I'm not even planning on perking Vampirism. I just want the RP and necromage boost...maybe. still planning

Ok ok, I think I've got it... Khajiit Vampire, Conjuration (Necromancy) & Restoration. 

Yes that's weird...I know! Going to put up a WiP tentatively called "The Worm Cleric". Something tells me this whole thing will change lol. 

I'm going to do Archery and Alchemy. Simples - but I'll try to put a bit of lore in there too. Some unperked skills - I liked the idea of the only levelling two skills thing in theory, but I think it would be hard to justify from an RP perspective for this one.

i have an idea for the build event: A Lesser Argonian Vampire (which means there is not volkihar vampirism) that wears all ebony armor and uses his enchanted gauntlets to settle distress and misrule. I call it: The Ebonhurt!

also, are we limited on shout usage as well because that is like a skill tree all in its own although they do not affect any skills... If so, then will shouts count as a skill tree as well, meaning they cannot be used if the second option is selected?

Shouts don't count. Go ahead and use them. 

I've been a bit strapped for time, so I don't know if I'll finish by deadline (I hate committing and then missing deadlines for events), but I'll give this a whirl:

Restoration + Speech + Option B = whaaaaaa?

Think I'm gonna go Ordinator on this to bam my Restoration up a bam ;D

What are your skills going to be? Smithing and Enchanting?
