Really good job Misha! I'm glad that I could be of some help while this was in the Workshop. I believe to get rid of the discussion in the WS you just set the title to delete.

I think whats most impressive here is that this is your first build. Its uncommon for a first time builder to do this well. I say definitely keep this up. You certainly have the potential to be a popular character builder if you keep at it. 

I like this, Misha. Seems that feedback you got in Workshop proved useful. This is real gem for first builds.
To the build itself, I like those minimalistic restrictions. Also, Telekinesis is the thing that got me intrigued the most. Great job, pal.

Yeah, the Telekinesis is probably my favorite part of the build. I was always interested in making a viable build based around using Telekinesis as the primary offensive weapon.

I've actually been thinking about adding another ability to this build though...I'll do an update soon.

This would actually be a very interesting Requiem Build. Very hard, but possible. Might have to cave and use found gear, though, but considering it's the Requiem overhaul we're talking about, things get dicey. Not sure if Requiem removes these glitches. I know that the Unofficial patches might get rid of them. 

Oh wow! An unassuming start, but it builds into something fantastic! I actually had a similar idea, but focused more around "magicka-less magic": stuff like unlimited concentration casting, the Bloodskal Blade, and the Breath of Nchuak. Still in the testing phase, but some of the ideas you listed gave me some killer additional ideas. A very nice contribution overall; I think it'll go far. 

I'll have to look up Requiem. I've never heard of it before...
