    Ah, forgot the bought potions  Interestingly there is no concept of death in TES lore (at least I don't know of such), but it fits in a lot of quests like Blood on the Ice - stopping someone from resurrecting his relative... +1

    It falls apart if you finish the main quest though, because you end up in Sovangarde.

    Well, Death can certainly travel through afterlife and real life...

    Also, if you really wanted to, you could use restoration and argue that since Death has control over life-forces that he is more that capable of healing himself if needed to ensure that he had full power.

    Yeah, but the whole "Death" myth doesn't really gel with the idea of Sovangarde. And even if it did, why do you have to fight your way through Tsun (I think that's his name) to get to your own kingdom?

    It's not Death's kingdom, it's a kingdom of Shor. Death merely ensures of souls to get there and that living being die when their time comes

    He is disguised for the most part, so you could argue that he is testing the skill and protection of his realms, as well as proving he is more powerful than Guardian to The Hall of Valor.
