Alright, only one Orc skill. Just be aware that there are Orc hunters in Skyrim, you encounter them as a random encounter. It is, however, not the typical Orc you encounter.

I probably wont have any time to do this, but has anyone considered maybe an Altmer mage with a stunted magicka pool (as in no investment in magicka, only enchantments)?

I kind of wanna do a Nord based around Vlad the Impaler. Hmm, can I use Two-Handed and Speech, but only perk Two-Handed? Cause the dude, while terrifying, was also a leader. So, sign me up for Vladmir the Impaling Nord.

Not necessarily. I'm currently running a build with a little less than 400 magicka and it spits massively expensive spells (mostly from destruction and alteration) Curse's Force Adept uses what is basically a magicka well. There's a glitch that allows for the atronach stone/perk to feed off of the Circle of Protection spell to replenish magicka so long as one stands inside the circle. If one were to run the build without armor, it can be an insane glass cannon with a tiny magicka pool.

Allow my to correct myself: Without using glitches or exploits, this would be highly inefficient and ineffective.
