Um you can't perk all those skills as an imperial. As per the rules of the event you can only perk a single skill that the race has a starting bonus in.

Hence restoration perking. It's the only skilled out of the above that's perked, the rest are left unperked.

But the point of the event is to use skills that the race does not get a starting bonus in, if you're just going to use them anyway even unperked, there's no point.

Ahhh, I'm mistaken then. I was under the impression that you could only perk on skill, and that skill had to be one that the race had a starting bonus in. My bad, I'll read over the listings again.

What other perks are you doing? Cause blacksmithing is an Orc skill and there are Orc hunters in Skyrim. Just saying.
