I don't do #/#/# perk spreads, because what works for me won't necessarily hold up with somebody else's playstyle. You may need more Health because you take more hits, or Magicka from spamming Impact dry. Also, a major effort was made to NOT tell the reader how to play, beyond the pre-requisites that make a Sorcerer a Sorcerer.
That's why I didn't suggest any Equipment. For another, it would be a real short section: "Heavy Armor. I like Orcish because it matches Nahkriin nicely, but you may prefer Ebony, Dragonplate, or Daedric." That's pretty much it, so i moved the top tier list down to the "Glass Cannon" paragraph.
Sounds like you have Rogue well in hand, and it'll save me the trouble of cranking one out for playtesting. Not really my style, I'm more of a Battlemage/Spellsword/Nightblade/Sorcerer kind of guyl. MSG me if you have anything else I can help with, I really want to see this project succeed.
I'd probably change Enchanting to Alchemy for the sorcerer, since it fits the lore better, actually enhances Damage, and it's harder to work Enchantment without a weapon skill to Soul Trap.
