Good example, I'll add that in. Thanks for pointing it out.

Tsal the Wanderer.  Some stake out Inns, and other go out looking for an Audience.  Which would you rather Play?

I actually prefer this build (http://theskyrimblog.ning.com/group/character-building/forum/topics/character-build-the-whispering-fang) over Warlock's Monk, since his heavily relied on the Poison Talons perk that he believed transferred over into normal form (which it doesnt).

And just a suggestion, list all the skills you use on here too, rather than making us look at a perk spread.

He has since changed that, so Poison Talons is out now. Still, I don't see any reason why I shouldn't throw in the Whispering Fang as an alternative, so in it goes.

Thank you for including it! I didn't create the build with the Scout in mind but I was surprised how much it fit.

Originally, I did exactly that, but Psiberzerker Anarchist thought it was redundant listing the skills used in the build info section, the skills section, and in the perk spread. As they say, you can't please everyone.

Right, but I was suggesting you remove the redundant descriptions in the text block, not take out the Skills list completely.  For builder's reference, the Skills are more important than the individual perks you think are important, especially when you have linked examples that will go into more detail when you get there.  The Skyrimcalculator is nice, but unreliable, which means that this entire page will be completely devoid of that content when the Site/Mirrors are down.  Don't depend on it, it will let you down.

The issue with removing the references to the skills in the build info section is that it would be almost entirely devoid of information, and simply listing the skills doesn't explain how they're going to be used. I agree on the skills themselves being more important, which is why I refer to perk spreads as simply being examples rather than set in stone. I don't particularly like relying solely on Skyrim Calculator either (if you look at my other builds you'll see that I just put the perk spread right in the build) but in the interest of keeping the document at least somewhat condensed I decided to just stick to the calculator.

I believe you can safely assume people know how to use Restoration, Weapon Skills, and so forth.  If there is something really important, like a critical Perk (Like Necromage, or Ward Absorb) there's nothing wrong with mentioning it with how it ties in, but for the Nuts, and Bolts of the Builds, the Skills List should be sufficient the vast majority of the time.  And again, with the Example Links, that level of detail should be more than adiquately represented (Or you need to pick a better example.)
