The RPG Group - A New Beginning

Dragons Dogma doesn't have much potential for anything though. The class system is too simplistic to create diverse builds (it's basically all about efficiency in that game, so many augments, abilities, etc are useless), there's basically no lore (as far as I could tell while playing, though I could be wrong), roleplaying potential isn't there...

While guides and tips could work, I don't see it being that popular/necessary here. Granted, it was a fun game, but it's quite old and just not really enough of an RPG.

Makes sense, I do admit it was quite bland. Still a fun time passer though.

How about, say, Kingdoms of Amalur?

Haven't played it, though I am aware it's an RPG, so if you want to post content for it that's fine I guess?

We're still unsure how to run this, we don't want to restrict people just the chosen five games, but at the same time we're probably going to run into lots of these questions. Basically, use your own judgement, and refrain from asking if you're not even interested in posting content for that game, just to save us all time.

Forget my previous comment (which has been deleted) - other RPGs are back in. To determine whether the game you want is an RPG we will either use the IGN page or that game's wiki to see whether it calls itself an RPG. We will still maintain a focus on the five main games of Dragon Age, Dark Souls, Witcher, KOTOR and Mass Effect.

I was planning on making a case for why RPGs beyond the main five series should be accepted when I got home from work; looks like you guys saved me the trouble.
