Hello there wastelanders! Delta here and I have a new build for you! I haven't really been testing or playing builds in the last few months, so I decided to make a comeback with a Metro inspired one. A build that really fits into the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout. However, be warned! This is a heavy ROLEPLAY build, so if you don't like roleplaying that much, this build probably isn't for you. There is also a fair number of mods needed to bring out the best in this build and I'll list them later. You can play it without them, but it just isn't the real deal. I'll slowy add to the build as I progress through it. Here it is.

"The day the world died, we kindled doom.

We burned the outside, took to the gloom.

But history's lessons... Are snubbed and spurned...

The day the world died, nothing was learned..."

200 years ago, the world was ingulfed in nuclear fire as numerous nations, led by the United States and China, launched their nuclear arsenal at one another. For the next two hours, nuclear bombardment ensued on the earths surface, changing it forever. That was not the end of humanity. Several thousand lucky individuals were granted acess into large underground shelters, known as Vaults. There were, however, several people that managed to hide inside Americas subway systems. One of those systems was the Boston City Subway System. The people living on the surface called them Metros. After centuries living underground, they developed a small resistance to radiation, but that came at a cost. They had to carry gasmasks on the surface and could only survive several hours outside the subway without them. They became known across the wasteland as the best marksman and survivors in the wastes. Many contacted them for trading and hunting big game. If someone needed Yao Guai meat and pelt, they would call a Metro. However, in recent times, their population declined until there was only one left. My name is Artyom, and I am a Metro.

STRENGTH - For years, I have pushed my body as far as I could. I had to, it was the only way to survive in this cruel and deadly world. My father told me that my body had to be as strong as the mind and so, I trained with him every day after school. Soon enough, I was able to face the dangers of the Subway.

PERCEPTION - The ability to notice any sound or sudden movement is a skill incorporated by every Metro in Boston. After centuries of living in the tunnels, we have sharpened our senses of smell and sound beyond any human on the surface and we continue to improve them all our lives.

ENDURANCE - Being able to endure the dangers of the Subway and, more importantly, the surface world, is our single most important skill to learn. If we can't overcome the obstacles in front of us we will perish into the pages of history.

CHARISMA - Along with our resilience and survival skills, we have learned to trade with the surface dwellers. They have many goods not found anywhere in the Subway and many battles were fought over Subway entrances which are major trading lines. Trading is a valuable skill on the surface.

INTELLIGENCE - Our mind is our most powerful weapon in this world. Being able to think rationally and make smart decisions is the difference between life and death.

AGILITY - Spending most of our life in the tunnels meant that we had to crawl through some tight places in order to survive. We also had to master stealth tactics in order to pass by mutated monsters unseen as ammunition was scarce in the Subway.

LUCK - This is a funny one. You can't call luck a skill as you either have it or you don't. You can't master it. I survived for 28 years. I can call myself lucky.

Ayy, I took a guess and I was right. Plus, since this is absed on Metro I knew that mod would be used somewhere.
