oh...sorry but i dont rlly use mods but check out brodual, he is a youtuber that showcases mods and i saw some videos that help turning fallout into metro lol.

I would also suggest JuiceHead and Oxhorn.

I've saw several of Oxhorns videos and I subscribed to Brodual several months ago.
