  Guns? If you want this, you can play Fallout, TES is a fantasy saga similar to the Middle Ages.
  Technology died with the Dwemer, if they come back they could use energy rifles ... I think.

  I imagine that firearms are like steampunk style

  Cutlasses and pirate gear would be so cool. Katanas, flails, morning stars, and scythes too.
