A totally badass evil character that will decimate any foe daring to stand in his way! My only question is how do you use Firestorm with 200 magicka? 

Adding tags will help it get more attention. The build certainly deserves it!

Yeah, especially without Master Destruction perk. This move can be pulled out with Secret of Arcana power though.

This build sounds awesome, especially from an RP perspective! I'll have to try it out 

Something I have been working on during testing. I wish I had access to my game right now to show how I have been doing it. If anyone has any tweaks or insight lemme know, ill gladly add special thanks for contributions to making this build more pro <3

The Secret of Arcana power from Dragonborn DLC will work. Another way is to combine Salmon Roe (from Hearthfire DLC) and Red Mountain Flower. With 15 Alchemy, no perks and enchantments it gives +215 Magicka for 5 seconds. If you make that potion with some Fortify Alchemy enchantments without even perking Alchemy you can get quite high boosts.

So far ive changed items around. Got rid of waterbreathing and replaced it with fortify resto, then added Fortify Destruction to amulet.

It seems to be exciting to play :) +1. I'd recommend to invest one more perk in restoration: Regeneration. Only one more perk, but really effective. The +50% applies to the stamina restoration effect too, I think it's worth that 1 perk.

As part of the restoration project the images in this have been restored.

In addition to fixing the broken images in this build I couldn't help myself and fixed some of the horrible formatting that caused some of the text to be all over the place. As I also hate people putting autoplay music in their builds I've included a note at the top for anyone that feels the same :D

I love the twist of trying to get ahead of the dragonborn, kind of a anti-dragonborn, awesome +1 from me man
