Does those gloves exist in the game in the first picture? and if so what are they called?

Has anyone got a clue how he makes the pictures where he places his perk choices? I am jelly of it and want to make a few of my own

hey mason what enchantments did u put on The Heretic ? i read it a few days ago nd i was wouldering what u put on the gaunlets,boots ring,neckless,shield? nd would the dawnguard rune shield work well with the rune axe? 

I don't think he enchanted them. I could be wrong of course but he doesn't have enchanting as a skill and it's not really strong without the perks. Besides, much of his gear is pre-enchanted. He did mention he enchanted the crossbow with Fiery Soul Trap though. And earlier in this comment thread he mentioned that he didn't like the Rune Shield.
