Well, my idea was a Nede or Atmoran that was captured by the Dwemer, and turned into a pseudo-cyborg, with his thoughts having been altered to feel nothing but contempt for everything that is not a Dwemer.

Mate, what happened to that Doctor Who build you had in the works?

@ Curse, said Daleks already exist in Skyrim. They just say "Skyrim is for the Nords" XD

I feel a little ashamed I missed this Fishdout, it really is a great build that you should be proud of. I'm not a fan of Doctor Who (nobody kill me please) but even I can appreciate the way you've brought this into Skyrim, it's a pretty damn good fit and looks like a really fun build to play.

Easily a +1 from me, I hope this hits at least Mythic, it really does deserve that.

Dragonborn! Thank you for the praise, I'm incredibly flattered. I think I can even find it in my heart to excuse you for not watching Doctor Who :P

I haven't seen Doctor Who yet, but this build is great. Since you are perking alteration anyway what are your thoughts on The ash spells? They could look like stone? Not sure if they translate to the show.

Doesn't entirely fit in with the source material, but hey, that's a pretty good idea! I might try introducing this if it works well in a play through. :)

So how often do you find yourself reactivating the glitch? After every fight do you have to decide which power you're going to run with in your left hand? The build seems really cool, but I'm just curious how it is switching between dual wielding daggers and the vamp lord glitch. Seems like it could get a little cumbersome

I rarely found myself needing to go on the offensive with the spells, and even when I did, I was familiar enough with the game to know to do the glitch before most hostile areas where sneaking would be tough. Honestly, the VL glitch was put in for a little variety... and because it's pretty cool :P
