So, let's figured this out. 50% more damage plus 2x as much is a 100%. Or am I doing that wrong? Maybe Berserker Rage applies before the ring, so it'll be 150% more damage.

yeah, same goes for cloak spells, racial abilities... really anything with a duration. I almost always use my racial ability and a flesh spell and a cloak spell right before transforming

im not too sure but I think considering zerker rage has to be activated before you transform its damage increase will come first, but if you had zerker rage, the perks that add 100% more damage and the ring of bloodlust you would be dealing either 175% more or 200% more damage that normal (not too sure which and im too tired and drunk to work it out at the moment) but either way you will be able to come down on those baddies like a ton of bricks

While most of this is great, I disagree with some of your choices.
Clavicus Vile has nothing to do with looking wretched, that is the domain of Namira and Malacath. Clavicus is all about trading wealth and power for souls. He's the god of luck, wishes and grants wealth and power to those who can pay the price, that has nothing to do with hiding ugliness. So in accordance with that, he should be Imperial due to Voice of the Emperor and Imperial Luck being specifically within the domain of Clavicus Vile. Additionally, Clavicus Vile's main faction of followers is the Cyrodiil Vampyrum Order, making a majority of his followers Imperial.
An orc would be better suited to follow Mehrunes Dagon, because the racial ability fits in really well with destruction, change, ambition, revolution and energy, which are Lord Dagon's domains. He'd be less of an assassin and more of a destructive battlemage in daedric armor, because Mehrunes Dagon is nothing if not ostentatious. You;'d still do some work in sneak, but only to get the x15 dagger sneak attack, and you'd use it in conjunction with invisibility potions in the middle of combat. At least, that's what I envision.
If I were you I'd brush up on the Daedric Princes a bit more, but otherwise, lots of good points here
