I always wanted to do a scholar role-play! Now I have sufficient knowledge and a basic starting point to do just that, well done mate!

I've been playing this build for a while now, and I love it. I like the idea of collecting all books and knowledge, as well. I've been using Bound Bows with poisons though, as I think the perk enchantments in the conjuration tree are enough along with poisons.

That's how I originally played it too, but I just love the Ebony set way too much, lols. Glad you're enjoying it :D

Do you think this build could work well with using the soul cairn summons in replace of the atronachs? :) I plan on making my guy a vampire (as you said an eternity to spend with his books) for the volkihar questline and I feel they would fit better theme wise with a vampiric scholar. :)

Also, I used the dwemer sphere follower, and the spider scrolls are great for this kind of character.
