You take Critical Banker and Gun Fu but I don't see a mention that this means you can string together an almost infinite series of criticals. The 3 banked crits + the 4th target and beyond from Gun Fu.

Awesome work as always mate, you never cease to amaze, be plenty of wolf whistles, errm shit I mean likes for this one, an honest to goodness sniper with a power twist what more could one ask for?.  I believe you to be correct about the muffle, two pieces are defo better than one when avoiding detection, I tried it for my Cyborg build which is not ready yet. Congrats on the build mate + 1  Edit:  Did the name come from the woman in the Bond movie?

Yeah, I was rather blown away by the power of the Mentats variants. Combined with some smart clothing choices, you can go from 1 to 10 Charisma for a shopping trip, or pump up your Intelligence to insane levels just before completing a few quests...or get 20 Perception and snipe some dude's head off from 1k away on a rainy, moonless night.

    inb4 Sniper Wolf.

Running short on both caps and ammo are both frequent irritations that plague my newbie self, unless I'm focusing solely on melee. Would you have any sound tips? This seems like a fun build to do, but I'm not sure if I could execute it as intended.

This character only uses .308, .45 and .50 cal ammunition...

That means all your fusion cells/cores, 10mm, .38 can all be traded in for your designated ammo type. Given that many of her attacks are one hit kills, ammo really shouldn't be a problem.

Protip: A Hardened Sniper Rifle can be obtained from a small, unmarked Gunner outpost just southeast of Twinpines Bluff (it's up on a collapsed bit of highway). There are three Gunners and a gun turret; you can get there at essentially level 1, but it'll be a bit of a struggle. One of the Gunners ALWAYS is carrying the scoped rifle, and you can find a Charging Laser Sniper Rifle in the hut on the top level.

It's a great way to get yourself a powerful, long-range gun early on; one that already has some decent mods.
