    I tested this, and these multipliers don't seem to be able to apply to the same weapon more than once. In other words, if you used Frost Damage, then it is true that the secondary Frost Damage effect would indeed be higher than, say, a Shock Damage or Fire Damage effect (since it gets the Stalhrim buff and the other elements don't).

    However, whether you use any of those three elemental damage effects, or any other enchantment for that matter, anything that would've applied to the second effect has already been applied to the Chaos Damage enchant by virtue of the fact that it incorporates all three elemental effects inherently. Therefore, the secondary element you choose cannot modify the magnitude of the Chaos Damage enchantment.

    In other words, no, it will not boost the Chaos Damage further. Your choice for the second effect is irrelevant as far as the Chaos Damage magnitude is concerned.
