This one is just with vanilla stuff, so it should be fairly easy. If you want to put the character in a specific pose to make it more interesting, that's your call, but I'd be fine with just a simple screenshot.
Location: Doesn't matter much, but somewhere with contrast against brownish items might make it easier to pick out, so maybe someplace with snow.

Face:
- Nose: That one with an uneven bridge; looks sort of like it's been broken several times and didn't heal properly
- Beard: The one that's tied in a knot
- Hair: From what I remember this one has one that looks just like it except it doesn't have braids, so the one with braids. It's the sort of swept back, long-ish hair (almost shoulder length but not quite) with a single braid going backward (I think, so don't quote me on this)
- Eyes: One blue (right), the other white (dead)
- Scars: The one that looks a bit like a claw mark over the left eye
- War Paint: Just the vertical bar over the left eye, in red
- Hair Color: Brown (if multiple shades are available, a medium hue)
- Dirt: Yes (also, any pattern)
Gear:
- Head: Stormcloak Officer's Helm (the bear head hat :p)
- Body: Fur armor (the variant with the full shirt and the semi-cape)
- Feet: Hide boots
- Arms/Hands: Hide bracers
- Weapon(s): Steel war axe
- Other: Windhelm Guard Shield

Edit: I did think of one pose that I thought would be cool. Perhaps him standing off against a bear like he's challenging it, or maybe one with him sitting on a pile of bodies (or with a foot on a single body à la Captain Morgan as a little joke, maybe even with a pint of mead (or bottle).
