    I haven't read all of these writer's work, but I can second FishDonut, Exoro, The Unhelpful, Lissette, Sotek, and Okan. The other's are not bad, I just haven't read them.

    I'd second the recommendations here: along with the 3 you mention I also currently read Exuro & Unhelpful. Andrew's Vianto series also seems very good and is next on my list.

    I'm looking for some stories that have PDF's or some other way to read them offline. At the moment I've got Dragon of the East to read and finished Straag Rod so if anyone has stories that fit this would you mind letting me know.

    As far as I know D.O.T.E. and S.R. are the only two stories that have PDF's. This might be something other main writers may have to seriousely think upon.

    At the risk of banging my own drum, have you seen the 'Potatoes' chapter of my Shinbira story? I only mention it as it's (meant to be) a full-on comedy chapter. I'm more comfortable plugging it as I'm only partly responsible for it: I had a lot of inspiration for it from others :)

    Shinbira is generally a pretty serious & intense fella, but he has his lighter moments - often alcohol-related.

    Vix's story had a PDF version but I'm not sure if it is still on the blog or not.
