One of my favorite newer builds (although not a old crone) that is the ultimate au-natural bow wielding woodsman is The blood stag by blooded

Hello all, I was just wondering if anyone has a Dual Wield + Shouting Build?  I have yet to play this combination, and I think it could be a lot of fun.  

Hello everyone!  has anyone made a build that makes extensive use of slow effects, such as via slow time, steady hand, slow poison, and frost effects?  Thinking of a grey robed Nord expy of Zilean from League of Legends with a slow poisoned frost crowwbow.

I can't think of one specifically like that - maybe you should build it?!

But there have been some wonderful builds around teh idea of "Extended slow time". If you put that in the search bar you get some interesting reading. Including the legendary build "The White Walker" from Raidriar, one of my personal favorite builders on the site. 

Albino's Vraseth's Vampire also plays in extended slow time. Though he does it to make a nimble dagger mage, not an archer.

There aren't very many chronomancy builds out there (but as Motty says, there are many that make great use of time-based shouts and the Quick Reflexes/Slow Time chain effect in particular). Another great shout that mimics time manipulation is Elemental Fury which Slows your enemies down by speeding you up. Whirlwind Sprint essentially does the same thing--I think DB's Temporal Warrior uses WS to simulate time manipulation.

One way or another, chronomancy is an avenue that hasn't been fully traveled  in the building community. Motty's right... I think it would be pretty awesome to create a build that focuses entirely on it.
