I would add:
-Avoid holy places, in TES II: Daggerfall, vampires suffered continuous damage inside holy places.
-Become nocturnal. You are a creature of the NIGHT and traveling in the day is both harmful and against your instinct.
-Only go out in the day as a last resort. Find any excuse to travel by night.
-Sleep in a coffin rather than a bed if available.
-Use a follower as a thrall and meals on wheels xD
What I would remove or change:
-"No fire or sun magic"? Why? If they can cast it - they can despite the risk.
-"Do not eat" Blood is a liquid. Your vampire would starve mate.
