I finally reached level 26 with my Spellblocker and I'm updating her with the stats for a level 25 build. I'm playing with Shield of Solitude, Expert robes of destruction, boots enchanted with stamina regen, ring with magic regen, necklace with fortify destruction, circlet with fortify destruction. As I had anticipated, mages are easy prey to her skills, but high level warriors are very hard enemies. Not a build for beginners.

I've reached level 42 with this build and I'm confident I know everything there is to know about her. So I update with stats/skills/perks for a level 50 buid. Since this character only uses 5 skills, it needs a 6th or 7th skill if you want to go beyond level 50. I never go there, because the combat gets too easy and the game begins to become boring at higher levels, but some people want to go as high as level 81, so you could add alchemy, only the benefactor branch, and some illusion. No conjuration and absolutely no weapons for her.
I updated also with a new special move against melee opponents that will reduce her weakness in the area. She remains an interesting character because she may die at any moment, with two or three hits of a strong melee opponent, and you will always have dificculties to fight melee warriors supported by archers shooting from unassailable positions. She may reach a maximum armor of 300, with ebonyflesh plus 80% damage reduction with dragonhide, but only for 2 or 3 minutes, so you have to remember to block all attacks, and must bash to stagger the opponent to have time to hit your counter attack. Using Slow Time shout will make the playthrough a lot easier, as you will have the time to target and hit the opponent multiple times while in slow motion, but I may assure you she poses a challenge and you won't ever get bored with her.

This build has been quietly growing behind the scenes, i noticed you have been quietly updating your Thor build as well ricardo! Both your builds now deserve more recognition!
Its growing a little bit heavy on the reading but if i could 'like' it again i would do so!
Hope you get to share another build with us soon Ricardo! Thanks for putting in so much effort!

Thanks, Mason. She, together with your Volkihar build, are my favorite characters. I'm playing the two right now and I'm amazed at how slow time is such a flexible weapon, benefiting a melee shock fighter as much as a pure mage. Time is the ultimate weapon!

Absolutely right regarding slow time!
There is a reason the 'time' word walls are so tightly locked up within the games factions! Its a very powerful shout! I think only 'marked for death' comes close in comparison, and MFD is actually a broken shout. (its meant to time out instead of stacking)

Thanks Narcotic, I'm very glad you liked it, but if you have the inclination, would you please really hit the like button. It's a necessary step to effectively 'like' a build, and my Spellblocker is only one more like from going to Master class. So, please, hit the like button.
