Thanks, and yeah, from a lore side, I can see why you wouldn't want to pick Restoration perks as a Vampire. Necromage is indeed a bizarre perk, but I feel a Vampire can't go without it ! Also, I got my Nightingale gear around level 30. Not the best decision, but I just couldn't wait to get my badass look !

You should make a note in the "important quests" section, so people know how to get the armor earlier in the game.

Lol, maybe I should build a vampie that goes without it. Though I imagine it's been done. 

Actually yes, found a few, but man, only a handful so far and crafting replaces Necromage. Hmm, ideas are brewing in ma brains... 

But thank you, it's a good build you got there when you got me thinking. 

It's an amazing perk, but certainly not an absolutely necessity. The dark sovereign is a great example of how terrifyingly powerful a vampire can be without the perk
