I thought I saw on the Flame of Magrus build that it does add damage to your fists. Maybe I just misread

This build deserves much more likes if you ask me. Beautifully presented, unique fighting style and a very interesting character. 

One thing I will comment on is that mind games could perhaps be made more effective if pacify was replaced with rout. Cast frenzy on a mob then cast rout or another fear spell on a few within the mob and watch a great big cat and mouse game. 

It could also be noted (perhaps I missed this) that drunken stance is perfect for situations where you're out of magicka. Its a strong stance that doesnt require any magicka to use any of its special moves.

I used pacify for that because it was more a panic button before turning them all on each other and it also allowed me to put some distance between us before using frenzy

It does require magicka to initiate though since your initial defenses come your flesh spells, which is why I warned about activating it too late because you may not have the magicka to use the spell.

In any case every point of damage counts for a brawler, so a cloak spell would still be very valuable. 

Secret of protection might be helpful. Extra defense with no mana cost. 

But that's a once per day thing and we've already got dragon aspect which gives armor + the resistances and the boost to power attacks
