Ok, to answer both Vazgen and Phil, it's very simple. Although I understand that it is an occupational hazard for a Achemist, the thing is I have played this build in such a way that it's not a pure alchemist build... it's a hybrid, that relies getting poisons in quick before switching to mid range for spell casting.
Here are the stuff in my Fav's Menu:
Ebony waraxe, Poison of Weakness to Poison, Lingeing Damage Poison, Poison of weakness to Magic, Equilibrium, Close wounds, Vampiric Drain, Ebonyflesh, Frostbite, Ice Spike, Poison Rune, Conjure Wrathman, Summon Arniel's Shade.
With all these spells, here are my kebinds:
1. Waraxe
2. Miraak's Staff
3. Ice Spike
4. Poison Rune
5. Vampiric Drain
6. Summon Wrathman
7. Frostbite
8. Close wounds
This leaves all the poisons, Summon Arniel's shade and Equilibrium unaccounted for. I usuall switch pre-apply the poison of choice before any combat (Usually poison of weakness to poisons) and use poison rune for vanilla mobs.
For Expansion Mobs, it's usually 2 strikes with pre-poisons and then apply lingering damage soon after before switching to mid range combat.
Your comments however, have made me think... I will look into the possibility of using dual weapons for pre-combat application. This will being the amount of switching needed to a minimal. This will leave weakness to magic poison only for this targets that need some extra push from my low level basic destruction spells.
Thanks.

Hey Guys,
OK, so I was looking into options for using dual weapons in this build to ensure a faster ramp up time on poisons inflicted and as a result, I landed with a "roguish" kind of set up, something like a "Preparation" phase, in which setting up of poisons or pre-poisoning weapons before usage.
Since they need to be manually selected, it would make sense that, since I am breaking the game for selection, might as well make use of this opportunity to down a few beneficial potions. The end result is something like this:
Preparation (Just after fights):
Ebony Axe (Firey Soul Enchant) - Lingering Poison Damage
Ebony Dagger (Absorb Stamina Enchant) - Poison of Weakness to Poison / Poison of Weakness to Magic (Depending on the Fight)
Keybinds:
1. Miraak's staff
2. Frostbite
3. Ice Spike
4. Poison Rune
5. Vampiric Drain
6. Summon Wrathman
7. Equilibrium
8. Close wounds
Fight Sequence:
Start off with long range damage Chillblains (Ice spike + poison Rune), switch to summons as they get nearer (like about midway) and engage fav tab to dagger (Left hand) and War Axe (Right hand). In this time, down a potion of fortify Destruction and any other potion buff of desire (You probably gonna need resist fire, since you're a vamp) and switch back to combat and Perform a dual flurry attack.
Switch to Well of Darkness (Staff + Poison Rune) and Unholy feast (Vampiric Drain + Frost bite + Marked for death) to finish off at mid range. If target is still not dead then step back, use blood is power and resume combo again.
If target us undead or not affected by poison, go directly to unholy feast. Once target(s) are down, perform Preparation in anticipation of next target.
I guess the mentality you have to adopt for this playstyle is more if like the Witcher 2 "pre-pot" mentality or the WoW Rouge Arena/bg "Preperation" mentality and accounts for only 1 interruption on the playstyle, as compared to 2 brings the total swings down from 6 axes swings to 4, leaving enough room for spell attacks.
Let me know what you guys think about this. If ok, I will modify the combat and potions sections to reflect this.

It's pretty good
I haven't used Miraak's Staff against the undead, but if it staggers them, you can use Well of Darkness against the undead too, just substitute the Poison Rune for Frost Rune. It'll slow them and give you time to finish them with Unholy Feast.
You can also use Soul Tear shout to start combat against groups. It'll give you an ally in the midst of the group and time to prepare your next moves more easily.
I would also suggest editing your perk spread picture. There are many perks that are present in calculator but missing on picture and vice versa.

hey, so I have updated the section to reflect the dual weild and prep phase, plus added some pots. Not adding Soul tear though, cause i would rather stack bleeds via Marked for death. Only makes sense since this build is all about poison and bleeds.

ok Two final tips.
Hope I'm not being too harsh Your build is great and very fun to play.

Hey I think you should update this build to include tags; the other day someone was asking for a good necromancer build and I recommended either this or Henson's The Necromancer, and noticed that your build doesn't turn up in the Character Build Archives because it has no tags. I think that's a shame, seeing how the competition for the best necromancer build on the site is definitely between this and Henson's build.
Oh and how is it possible that this has only 13 likes?! This is an awesome and different take on the necromancer, and topped up with a nice presentation too Just fix the perk spread picture as Vazgen recommended earlier.

Hi Andy,
Thanks for the feedback and pointing this out to me. I have added the tags necessary and am intending to do a touch up of the presentation and include the long overdue video later in the day.
Thanks.
