I feel destruction might take away from Archery, illusion, and restoration. How does it fare in combat when trying to utilize alteration/illusion? The only benefit I see right off the bat is the ability to stagger-lock with impact on tough bosses in dungeons. Alchemy alone is a powerhouse in any build. It is capable of replicating a lot of illusion spells as well, but you'll primarily focus on healing and poisons. Methinks the poison/archery combo would devastate everything else anyway. Did you feel it was redundant at all?
Also, have you thought about Kyne's token for a neck jewelry? Damage from animals 10% less and bows do 5% more damage?
+1 from me :)

I used destruction partly as a role play aspect. Druids are in tune with nature and it makes sense that they could harness the raw power of the elements. I used it mainly as a close quarters combat form though. Put up a armour spell, cast a fury spell, then rain down fire and lightning upon them. Staggering dragons is very useful as well though. Late game poison and archery ruins most foes, but early on illusion is really useful at deterring enemies as this build can't take too much damage. Plus invisibility is always nice in those peaceful druid moments.
I never really tried Kynes token but it sounds like it would definitely fit the build so go for it.

I make the same question every time I see the alchemy perk! It goes better with the mage class, in my opinion... and see it as an obvious thing! I was planning to make a Breton druid/Fornsworn character before, but I will use this one!
