POLL What do you think about Elder Scrolls Legends?

  Having a group dedicated to the Spin-Offs would certainly be something I'd be interested in. They are already covered by the Classics group, but they've had barely if any mention there.

  On another note; Shouldn't ESO fall under that (Spin-Offs) category, as well? It's certainly not apart of the main series, at least.

  Personally I haven't played them but they are a part of the ES world, and they could work excellently with the later spin-offs. I think ESO is a large enough game to justify it's own group. And unlike the other spin-offs, the ESO group has been fairly successful (and the Twitch streams lately might make it more popular again).

  I'm really not into card games. But I do like the artwork. Makes all those characters from Skyrim, Morrowind and Oblivion feel more... alive.

  First off, Bethesda is not making these spin offs, so it's not hindering the development of TES6 (You can thank FO4 and it's expansions for that ). Not only that, but ESL will have a story mode, at least according to Pete Hines. However, I doubt it will be anything special and will likely add little to the universe. I also agree that the cards should have some sort of blurb on them, like a quote or something.

  Second off, you should really speak for yourself when you say that no one wants these spin offs . ESO was one of the best things lore wise, IMO, since the 3rd PGTE and the gameplay wasn't that bad for an MMO either (Granted, the only other MMOs I've played are WOW and Destiny ). While I would certainly prefer a Battlespire-esque spin off for mobile, I'm still excited for Legends. Despite enjoying the gameplay, I could never get into Hearthstone due to the fact that I was never really into the Warcraft setting and art style. Legends looks much better into that regard, at least for me.

  Please no. Not again. I have a rather bad experience with card games like these in the past, they draw me in with their cool artwork and deck construction possibilities, only for it to be completely ruined somehow. That is always what happens. I always end up going against the grain of the communities too, that's what happened with HS (and Magic the few times I played that), for some reason them and I don't comprehend the other's viewpoint.

  And now because it's Elder Scrolls, all I can do is hope it doesn't catch on, or hope that it finally works out for me. But I'm trying to avoid ccgs this time.

  (I also hope it doesn't ruin the lore like what Hearthstone did to Warcraft/WoW.)

  Straight-up uninterested. Never been much of a card guy. Boardgame, if anything. I'd be down for some Elder Scrolls: RISK.

  I didn't think so. ESO wasn't made by Bethesda either. I'd rather have no Elder Scrolls games than crappy Elder Scrolls games and ESO was a crappy game.

  Fallout needs to rot in a garbage heap. My distaste for it and my opposition to it's inclusion to this site aren't things I've hidden.

  We'll be covering Elder Scrolls:Legends on the site. It won't 'take over' of course, but there'll be coverage of the game.

  I like Hearthstone even though I have never played another Blizzard game except Diablo 3 for a few hours. ES:L doesn't seem that original, but if I ever get another computer I would like to try it.
